It is all-consuming.
Not only to Russia.
To all those who in one way or another in my Ukraine during all these years voiced Russian narratives, sang Russian songs, Russified Ukrainian cities and didn’t consider this as a problem.
To all these Nel’ shteps, Kerneses, Shufrychis, Kivas, Shariys (local pro-russian politics and bloggers) and smaller mutts, which were not rotted in prisons because we are a democratic country, a court, procedures, blablabla.
I want to live in my Ukraine more than ever.
And I’m glad I am still here.
And I won’t.
We will lose a lot, and we will lose many.
And not the fact that we will survive. Exactly not all of us.
But, I hope, at last, at last all will receive a vaccine from the Russian world and will understand how terrible it is and foreign to us.
