Join our 17th Annual B.C. Ukrainian Cultural Festival being held 5 May 2012 at:
Clarke Theatre at the Heritage Park Secondary School 33700 Prentis Street Mission, BC.
Festival is something for the whole family to enjoy including a dance competition, demonstrations, music featuring bandura and tsymbaly as well as various displays of arts and crafts, and our cafeteria with Ukrainian cuisine.
Festival Itinerary
The Food: Perogies, Kolbasa (Ukrainian sausage), cabbage rolls… What else is there to say?!
Coffee and Muffins are available in the morning Lunch is made available for 11:00am
The Culture: Display tables and vendors are set up throughought the day. Authentic musicians can be found roaming the festival during any point of the day
The Dance: The dance competition is held from 9:00am to 7:00pm Our young dancers can be seen in the morning Lunch break: 1:00pm to 2:00pm Intermediates, seniors and adult groups can be seen during the afternoon segment Don’t miss the Hopaks! Found during the last hour of the competition.
